Packing Timeline
We had upgraded our warehouse to process the parcels on the day it is received on business days (before 12pm Pacific Time Zone). On average, it takes about 1 - 2 business days to pack your parcel.

Tracking Number Generation
The tracking number would be automatically generated and sent to your email within 2 - 3 business days. Do check your spam folder for the tracking number from DHL or Fedex. You may subscribe to FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS for live mobile tracking updates.

Free DHL Express for orders above US$450.
DHL/FedEx Flat Rate: US$30 - US$40 for orders below US$450.
